Hello all.. Here i am going to share with you all a very healthy recipe of egg less wheat banana bread which is full of nuts and colorful tuti fruity, and yes i am sure your kinds gonna love this cake..
Have a look on Ingredients :
1.) Wheat flour (Aata) – 2 cups
2.) Banana – 3 (small size)
3.) Milk – 1 cup
4.) Vegetable Oil – 1 Cup
5.) Sugar – 1 Cup (we need less sugar because banana is sweet)
6.) Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
7.) Baking Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
8.) Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
9.) Chopped Nuts (Cashew , Rasins, Almond, Pistachio)
10.) Tuti Fruity
11.) Salt : 1/2 tsp
So lets get started by pre-heating our over at 180 degree Celsius.
Preparation Time : 35 – 40 minutes
Method Step by step ( with image) :
1.) First take all dry ingredients Wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt sieve them all together so that they all get mixed together.
2.) Take all bananas and grind them all in a grinder to a fine paste.
3.) Take all wet ingredients banana paste, vanilla essence, vegetable oil and sugar , mix them all together and make a smooth liquid kind paste.
4.) Now this step should be very fast as we can not delay after mixing dry ingredients to wet, so we need to b fast. So just take the fine paste which we made in step 3, mix it with the dry ingredients which we made in step 1, keep on mixing them and start gradually adding milk in it, check the consistency of batter and stop adding milk when we get the desired consistency. Add the tuti fruity in the batter.
5.) Our batter is ready, Grease the mould with oil and then with dry wheat flour. Pour the batter in it and stamp so that no air bubble will form.
6.) We had started pre-heating our over at 180 degree Celsius, now bake it for about 35-40 minutes.
7.) Tada our cake is ready, let it cool and then de-mould it.
