As we all know best snack for rainy days are Pakodas. So here i am sharing recipe of my favorite Methi ke pakode which will go with sweet tomato ketchup and green chilly coriander spicy chutny as well.
Fenugreek Leaves (Methi, finely chopped) : 4 cup
Gram Flour (Besan) : 5 tsp
Cooked Rice : 1 cup
Onion (Finely Chopped: : 1 medium
Green Chilli, chopped : 3
Salt : as needed
Asafoetida (Hing) : a pinch
Red Chilli : 1 tsp
Oil : to deep fry
Mix together Fenugreek Leaves, Gram Flour, rice, onion, green chilli, salt, hing, red chilli powder and mash it until it get mixed.
Divide the mixture into equal size and make small balls, press it slightly.
Heat sufficient amount of oil in a pan, deep fry the balls in two or three batches, till they get crispy golden brown color.
Methi Pakoda is ready to eat now have them with chutny or ketchup.
